We value all kinds of property: houses, flats and holiday homes, plots and leasehold plots, and development areas. The valuation states land value and technical value, and is mainly used for financing, sales and estate settlement.
Our surveyors are TRV certified (TEGoVA Residential Valuer) — the leading European qualification for residential valuation. Commercial property is valued by REV-certified surveyors (Recognized European Valuer) under the European Valuation Standards.
