Independent control, class 1
Control of wet-room waterproofing and airtightness in new homes.
The rules are in chapter 24 of the Planning and Building Act and chapter 14 of the building application regulations. In class 1 they mainly cover waterproofing of wet rooms in new builds and permitted conversions, and airtightness of new homes.
The control covers the design and a site visit once the membrane is complete. We hold the required approval and are a certified company with the Norwegian wet-room council (FFV).
